Returns

 You may  return your  items anytime to webskyme .DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM BEFORE CONTACTING US .

You can return  most items withinn 30 days .Please  check  with the stores policy to ensure that you are within the store's return time frame of ( after arriving in your webskyme address)  delivery for a full refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within the  said date stipulated by  the store in which you purchased the item - shipping policy days of delivery. We inspect all returned items.

 

The cost to return an item to Webskyme is Free, however if the  store you purchased  your item does not provide free return shipping  then you will be liable and  must cover this cost .

 How to Make a Return or an Exchange

If you ever need to return an item, please follow the steps below to insure proper and fast replacement or refund. You do not need to call us or get a return authorization number .Authorization number must be written on pacakge :

  1. Please include a copy of your invoice inside the parcel.Indicate on the invoice what you prefer–a refund or exchange. If an exchange, please write the product number, color, size, draw and description of the item you want on the invoice.
     
  2. Please use the original shipping envelope whenever possible (remove all address references from your return package, if you are using the original shipping envelope). Also wrap the product in its original packaging material. If you don’t have these, use a strong or padded envelope so the product(s) won’t be damaged during transit. If you are sending to your webskyme address please wrap with care.
     
  3. Do not send the product(s) C.O.D. It will not be accepted.
     
  4. Return the product(s) using insured  mode of shipment . INSURE THE PACKAGE! And keep the insurance receipt. We are NOT responsible for packages lost in transit to us
